LAND is an award winning bean to bar chocolate made in Hackney, London. Their bars showcase the array of natural flavour you can find in the simple cocoa bean. The whole process - from roasting, winnowing, grinding, conching & wrapping of the bar – takes place under the same roof in East London. LAND is a crowd-pleaser that will challenge the most discerning palates.
MASUSTA is a bold, oaky, organic Spanish red from the Basque country made by nomad winemaker Luis Moya. After working several years in a cooperative in the area, Luis decided to make his first wine from the grapes of this 60 year-old vineyard in Navarra. The Basque word ‘Masusta’ means ‘blackberry’ – this wine takes its name from the huge bramble that is in the middle of the vines. This wine spends 11 months in oak before natural settling & extremely gentle filtration.
Red Wine - A beautiful red-fruit bouquet of cherries and raspberries, it is fresh elegant on the palate, with nice earthy lick of oak, pepper and spice. Full of flavour, but not too heavy.

Combined with carefully sourced oat flour to replace the creaminess you normally get from milk powder, you can enjoy the fudgy-caramel notes of the Puerto-Cabello bean without the dairy.
