Guide for Frank Green Push Button Lids
Frank Green's award-winning, Australian made, one-handed push-button design is built to help retain the temperature of your drinks & to create a spill-proof seal.
Here's a few tips on keeping your reusable cup with a button lid spill free:
- If the button on your Frank Green lid ever gets a bit stuck, we recommend reassembling the button lid. You can view the assembly process here
- If you're not sure on how to take the button lid apart for washing, you can view this here
- Double-check that the liquid isn't filled over the max fill line.
- After pouring hot liquid into your reusable, keep your lid off or leave it in the open position (push-button lid) for a moment, to allow any excess steam to escape. When the contents of your reusable exceed 65°C; a build-up of pressure & steam can occur, which will affect temperature retention & may cause spills.
- One or more components inside the lid may have become loose. To fix this, you'll need to reassemble your lid. You can do so by following these instructions.
