The Story.
Pelicano Coffee Roasters is a micro-roastery based in Brighton, founded by Zephir Thomas and Sol Leewho after they first met on a pear farm outside of Melbourne. Establishing in 2014, they have gone on to create one of the most significant and influential coffee brands in Brighton. Sol's Korean heritage and interest in Brighton tattooing culture have influenced the illustrations that boldly set apart the brand on the coffee arts scene.
